Finance Officer
Job Summary
The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Manage daily accounting operations and transactions
Monitor expenditures and ensure budget compliance
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Support internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with financial policies and government regulations
Process payments, invoices, and payroll
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations
Assist in financial planning and decision-making
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree, or ERP systems)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
